But I was also was dealing with the Nvidia Control Panel would not open at all and GeForce Experience kept showing I needed to update to driver 388.71, no matter how many times I installed, or uninstalled the 2 programs.ġ) Check for Windows Update. Like the OP, I got the "Load vender.dll Fail. So I have been dealing with this problem for the last 2 days and just wanted to post what I found fixed the problem. When I uninstalled the program my PC was 100 again I had the same problem with my GTX1060 6Gb, However I recently installed UPSilon 2000 for my UPS monitoring and everytime my pc started up with the program running it ave the error" Load vendor.dll fail. But i certainly know i downloaded the version for windows 10 64-bit. ![]() It says: NVIDIA installer cannot continue, this nvidia graphics driver is not compatible with this version of windows. I opened the program and it was checking for system compatibility. So i went on asus' page and downloaded the VGA drivers for this graphics card. I read on another topic that it had something to do with nvidea drivers not installed. I installed all the drivers from de videocard and the motherboard (also from asus)īut when i want to open the ASUS GPU Tweak II Software it gives the message: load vender.dll fail. My graphics card: asus strix gtx 1060 OC 6GB It is attached.I recently bought a new pc but i got a problem. I then run DxDiag, and it also comes up with generic information. I open up System Information to see what has happened, and I am greeted with this screen when I open the display section:īefore I downloaded the new drivers this page was full of "AMD" and "Radeon RX 580" etc. I open up the control panel to fix it, but the windows repair wizard for aero tells me that my graphics drivers need to be updated to be "WDDM-Compliant". Here I also saw that the edges of program windows have changed, likely due to a reset of windows aero options. Next I find out that ASUS GPU Tweak 2, a program for gpu diagnostics that came with the card, has stopped working. I fix that from control panel without issues. The first thing I notice is that my screen resolution has been reset to be the lowest setting. The download goes smoothly and my pc restarts once it is complete. ![]() I also enable the "factory reset" option which deletes old drivers. It gives me some options and I download the one which is "officially windows certified" and "widely tested". ![]() I downloaded the auto updater wizard from the official AMD website. I look on their forums and users are advised to update drivers and mine are from 2017 (came with gpu). Today when trying to play F1 2018 (since it was free to get over the weekend) I ran into some pretty severe bugs. ![]()
